EE Embarked on a Refresher Course Program

In line with the company's goal of achieving its target for the year, the Support Group has embarked on a refresher course program focusing on the current products being handled by the sales and service teams. Its main objective was to revisit the basic features of the products and to learn more about the advantages and benefits of each product.

For the first quarter of 2016, thirteen principals were invited for this product training. Ten principals who are locally-based came over to the office and presented their respective products and services. They were divided into two groups: one group (Topgun Welding Rods, HPS Flooring Systems & Protective Coatings, Bostik and MCT Nanofied Liquid Coatings) conducted the training on February 12 and the other group (AOD LED Lights, Ishida Steel Gratings, Woodworth Finish Doors, Hicor Rubber Products, Alarm Systems and Schneider Electric) presented their products last February 19.

There were 2 principals (PERI Formwork and Atlas Copco Construction Equipment) who invited the sales and service teams to their facilities where the product training was held. It was an opportunity for the EE teams to get a closer look at the products that were being presented. One principal (Cetco Waterproofing Products) who is US-based came over to the Philippines and conducted the 2-day training to the sales and service teams.

For the second quarter of 2016, a similar training program will be done for the remaining products being handled by EE. We surely expect that the sales and service teams will be better equipped in terms of product knowledge. This will certainly help them explain fully the merits of each product.
